Hello, my name is Courtney and I will providing the personalized love and care your pet deserves while you're away.

A little about myself, I have always cared for animals my entire life ranging from puppies to rodents and even chickens and horses. There has been no shortage of animals in my life and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I graduated from UMBC in May 2014 with a B.A. in Psychology. I've worked in the medical field since I was 17 and have always had pet sitting jobs on the side, helping neighbors, friends, and family. Overall, I have been pet sitting for over 5 years. After some time in the medical field, I have decided to pursue pet sitting and dog walking as my full time career. Eventually, I would like to go back to college to obtain a masters or doctorate in Animal Behaviorism, but for now I will continue to gain hands on experience with as many animals as I can.

I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

Hi, my name is Ryan and I have been working for Wagnificent for 2 years. I have experience with many breeds and personality types. Many dogs love my playful nature! I look forward to meeting you and your pet!

Hi my name is Nora and I have been an animal lover for as long as I can
remember! I grew up with a wide variety of pets and there has always been
at least one dog in my life. I have lived in New Zealand for the past 6
years and while there I worked as a dog sitter (walks, daycare, boarding,
you name it). Now that I am back in the states I am so excited to join the
Wagnificient team and get back to being surrounded by furry friends all
day! With every interaction I have with your pets I am to treat them just as I would my own (spoiled rotten)!

Hello! My name is Rebecca and I am currently a student at Montgomery College. I have had dogs my entire life, and they all happened to be Shetland Sheepdogs. My dog right now is a 12 year old Shetland Sheepdog named Bandit. I am currently pursuing a career that will allow me to work with animals, which led me to walking dogs for Wagnificient! I have been walking dogs and dog-sitting for many family-friends and neighbors since I was 14! The dogs that I have cared for in the past have ranged from a Pomeranian, to a German Shepard! Dogs always put a smile on my face and I enjoy being around them. I am so excited and I look forward to walking and playing with your pets!

Meet Your Sitters

Hello, my name is Karen and I came to Wagnificent Pet Care this December 2017.  I am married to Keith and have two girls, 9 and 15 years old.  I own a Coton de Tulear dog, a Flame Point Siamese and Tortoiseshell cat.  I have always loved small insects to large animals.  I graduated from Colorado State University in December, 1985 with a Bachelor's degree in Entomology and Zoology, and then went on to Virginia Tech to obtain a Master's degree of Science majoring in Urban Entomology in 1989.  I worked in the Pest Control field since I got out of college except for a few years as a program assistant/secretary at National Institutes of Health.  To pursue my love of animals, from 2013-2015 I became a foster for the Montgomery County Humane Society. Currently, I am a foster for the Montgomery County Animal Services and Adoption Center where I take in stray kittens, cats, puppies, and dogs and care for them until they are ready to be adopted. This year, I found the perfect opportunity to continue my work with animals at Wagnificent Pet Care and I look forward to caring for your pets while you are away.

I'm so happy to be part of Wagnificent Pet Care team. I have spent my whole life around dogs who have made my house a home. From growing up with a Keeshound, to a fear biting Akita, then 2 Newfoundlands, and currently my little Boxer. Each pet has been part of my family and I have cherished the all too short time we have with them. In addition, my busy household includes a 15 year old boy, a 12 year old girl, and an 11 year old boy who keep me on my toes. As you can imagine my home is full of love and a little bit of chaos but I love every bit!  Each morning I head to the gym to teach classes and Personal Train. It's a great way for me to start the day, get energized and hit the rest of the day running. I looking forward to meeting your pet to take care of a little business and have some fun!
